Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Ryan Macedo

Dr. Ryan Macedo was in practice in the Vancouver, WA area for 9 years prior to moving to Kitsap County with his wife and joining the team at CLC in 2017. Dr. Macedo graduated from Western States Chiropractic College in 2007. He believes if you take care of your body, it will take care of you. The basis of this is to eat well, move well, and think well. "I am excited to leave my mark on this community. I love empowering people to take responsibility for their health and to help them achieve their very best out of life"

Dr. Dave Powell

Dr. Dave has been with CLC since 2010. He is an outstanding practitioner who cares about his patient's health and well-being. When not in the office, you can find him working in his garden or out performing chiropractic house calls for dogs, cats, and horses. Dr. Dave is a veteran of the US Navy.

Dr. Morgan Kinnear

Dr. Kinnear attended Clark Community College and Washington State University where he studied Sports Kinesiology. Following his undergraduate schooling, he moved to Portland, OR to attend chiropractic school at the University of Western States. Here Dr. Kinnear earned his Bachelor's degree in Human Biology, a Master's of Sports Medicine, and a Doctorate of Chiropractic Dr. Kinnear emphasizes stressing the body, in a controlled manner, in order for the body to build up the appropriate adaptation.

Linda McManus, MS, EAMP is a Licensed Acupuncturist/East Asian Medical
Practitioner and a graduate of Bastyr University and has been practicing in Kitsap
County since 2001.

James Wolfrey

Starting his massage career back in 2007 was a life changer. "A welcome home moment," He says best describes it. "If I'd have known how fulfilling being a bodyworker is. My career would have started sooner." His massages are adaptable. He can perform massage techniques that range from the extreme pressures of Structural Integration, and Trigger Point Therapy; to the lightest possible touch of Reiki, and Cranial Sacral techniques. James has confidence he'll discover what works best for each patient.

Ruth Ann Saunders

Ruthie has been with CLC since 2019.

Ruth Ann graduated from Everest College Massage Therapy Program in 2015, and has taken continuing education classes in cupping therapy, active isolated stretching, and specialized neck work. She is very passionate about massage therapy. “I always want to give the most muscle relief possible, while giving you knowledge and tools to help further your self-care.” She is very excited to be a part of the CLC team.

Jacque Dupont, L.M.P.

Jackie graduated from NW Academy of the Healing Arts in West Seattle in 2020. She has worked in a Chiropractic setting for the past 2 years. Her goal is to provide bodywork focused on pain relief rehabilitation, recovery from injuries, along with relaxation and emotional restoration. During her free time, Jackie enjoys getting into nature, gardening, going to see live music, and hanging out with her cat Fenway.

Jackie Lax

Jackie has been with CLC since October 2011.
Jackie became a member of the Chiropractic Lifestyle Center administrative team in October 2011 and became office manager in 2016. She grew up in Kitsap County and spending time with family- hiking, cooking. And hanging out is high priority. Jackie believes that you get what you expect out of life. “I expect health, happiness, and joy.”

Emily Wettig

Emily is a Puget Sound native with a strong connection to her community and a passion for the outdoors. After spending years working in the mortgage industry, Emily made a career change to pursue her passion for helping others. Her experience in the financial sector has given her a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of organization, which she now applies to her work in healthcare. When she's not working, Emily can be found exploring the great outdoors with her husband and dog. Whether hiking, fishing, or camping, she embraces the region's natural wonders and seeks to share them with others. Her love for the Puget Sound area is matched only by her drive to help others, and she brings that same passion and dedication to her work every day.

Jessica L. Smith

Jessica recently moved to Washington from Texas in 2021 with her husband. After spending some time caring for her mother, she discovered her passion for healing others. She graduated from massage school in 2019 and gained valuable experience working alongside a Chiropractor, where she assisted with patient treatments and managed administrative duties. Jessica's leadership skills, positive attitude, and sunny disposition make her a valuable addition to any team. She is passionate about natural healing and believes that staying grounded and connected with nature is the key to achieving optimal health and wellness. In her free time, Jessica enjoys practicing photography and spending time outdoors with her dog and husband.
